What does true leadership mean to you?
True leadership to me is a leader that leads by example. They will get their hands dirty right alongside their team; they understand the day-to-day challenges and know how to guide their team through.
Do you have a favorite quote?

Top three life highlights?
- Teaching in China,
- My little family with John and our precious critters, and
- Camping in Montana
What is the weirdest thing you’ve eaten?
I have eaten dog (in Northern China) and I have eaten balut (fertilized duck egg) and no I would not recommend either.
